How do I find my correct size?
Please refer to our official Size Guide available on every product page. We recommend choosing your size primarily based on your waist measurement. Body weight is provided as a general reference only. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable everyday fit.

What is included in an INDENA® 3-Pack?
Each INDENA® 3-Pack contains three coordinated colors or variations from the selected collection. Pack contents are pre-selected at the factory and cannot be customized individually.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All orders are shipped from our central European distribution warehouse in Burgas, Bulgaria. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, taking anywhere from 2 to 7 business days across the EU. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
